A small business, non-profit, or local governmental entity needing assistance initially contacts our Executive Director, Lori Solensten to discuss it's needs

A follow-up meeting between the client and an ESC volunteer team defines the assistance needed.

After project objectives are defined, the client is asked to sign a written agreement, volunteer consultants are assigned, and ESC begins it's work.
